Responsibilities

Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
Collaborate with families to discuss each infant’s progress, needs, and developmental goals through regular communication and updates.
Maintain detailed documentation of each child's developmental progress, health records, and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards.
Create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and independence while adhering to best practices in toddler care and early intervention strategies.
Lead classroom management efforts by organizing engaging lesson plans, managing resources efficiently, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
Skills
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers.
Experience in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards and Montessori methods preferred.
Proven ability to work effectively with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners.
Expertise in classroom management, behavior management strategies, and lesson planning for young children.
Background in childcare or daycare settings with preschool or private school experience highly valued.
